Ryan Carte | Co-Founder
Ryan is a startup enthusiast who has spent the past 5.5+ years scaling engineering teams for startups. Starting at GCS focused on Python recruiting in NYC before launching a new market in Boston. After GCS, Ryan joined Goodman Masson where he worked on searches for the top startups across the US. Outside of work, Ryan loves all things sports, video games, hanging out at the beach, and hiking with his dogs.
Max Cohn | Co-Founder
Max has spent the past 7.5 years scaling engineering teams for over 100+ startups. Starting at Twenty he built out their Mobile recruitment desk from scratch and has gone on to work every engineering skill set across his time at ECOM and Goodman Masson. He's spent the last 3 years at Goodman Masson focusing on Staff and Principal level searches for some of the most publicized startups in the country. Outside of work, Max loves skiing, the 5 time national champion UCONN Huskies, his rescue pups, golfing and cooking.
